Maybe the scale should have been 0 and 1 (The old Siskel and Ebert "thumb" system). But even their scale is 0 to 2 if you add both thumbs. In 12,994,800 possible 4 card hands, there are only 4 ways to score 29 points. for .0000308% probability in any given hand. To get 29, you must have three 5's and a Jack in your hand. The starter card turned up must then be the fourth 5 and it must be the same suit as the Jack. (If the Jack does not match, it is the slighty more common 28 hand.)
