Yes. But you need to be a member and be signed in. The editors will review your article before it is published. The editors have the last word, it is their site after all.

The article must be relevant and timely, and hopefully provide new information. This is important, because the articles appear on the home page. If you are unsure that you want to appear on the home page, then please post your article in the appropriate Forums group. Not all submissions will get posted. Even Star Wars movie articles may be rejected if they have already appeared in the TheForce.net or StarWars.com!

If your article is not published, and your correct e-mail address appears with the article, we may try to contact you. We will be as nice as possible.

You can submit a new article to the Group29 editors by clicking on the Submit News link on the left panel. The Title should be an eye-grabbing headline that attempts to summarize the story in a few words. The story text should be one paragraph to lead the reader into the extended text and the rest of the story. The Group29 editors review the stories before they are posted on the home page. Once they are posted, they will appear at the top of the heap, so to speak. They will also be categorized into one of the Group29 topics. It just makes it easier to moderate if you attach a real name to your comments. As a whole, anonymous posting is less constructive. You may post anonymously in the Forums or flame away on Slashdot if you see fit.
