The nice folks at DVDAnswers have compiled a very detailed look at the Star Wars Trilogy DVDs. There are things in the movie that you will not even realize have changed.
Chris Gould, in part II of his series has taken a detailed look at the original movie, the Special Edition, and the new DVD release of Star War Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
I like this quote:
"We see two Imperial officers standing on the bridge of the Executor giving a report to Darth Vader. The scene from the Special Edition is much the same, but the observant among you might have noticed that the insignias in their uniforms are on a different side to the rest of the film! Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, Lucas had his guys digitally reposition the incorrectly placed insignias, much to the delight of anally retentive people everywhere."
This site has been nailed with traffic! So DVDAnswers needed to serve up a special site just for this information.
