Rush Hour [14]

The incredible action of Jackie Chan saves this movie. When he is battling with the bad guys and saving the priceless Chinese pottery, you feel better about having paid admission. The fact that he does all of his own stunts makes his pictures all the more impressive. Chris Tucker has my vote for most annoying voice in showbusiness. Tucker's next role will probably be a whiny minor thug who gets shot in the opening sequence. Phillip Baker Hall (crusty old boss Gerald from "The Full Monty") could be interchangable with character actor David Warner. They both play the same type of slimy snooty upper middle class Englishman.

To keep things in perspective, are Kung Fu movies ever really great movies? [BB]
