    Turbulence [15]

    Movie Reviews

Take four US Marshals transporting a couple of hardened criminals, add a 747 airliner with about eight passengers (low budget for extras), and you have Turbulence.

I was bothered by the strands of christmas lights decorating the interior of the plane because I can never find an outlet for my laptop when I fly. It was predictable that unarmed criminals would overpower the armed Marshals, but the movie would have been boring if they dropped them at the jail and we all went home. The action gets intense as the main bad guy (Ray Liotta) kills a few more people and locks the extras somewhere in the plane before killing a flight attendant and both pilots. The fun begins as the bad guy tries to kill the flight attendant who is flying the plane into the airport (Lauren Holly).

If you like the idea of combining a Halloween horror flick with one of the Airport movies, then you will enjoy this movie. Just don't let the constantly blinking interior lights bother you, it is probably caused by the string of Christmas lights. (KC)
