    I wanted to rate this movie higher... Really I did. It had all the good trappings of a great sci-fi adventure. Good story, good actors, awesome special effects! I will say that the best part of the movie is that it is NOT DIE HARD IN SPACE! Oh sure, Willis' character is a recently retired military guy instead of a cop. Oh sure, he gets wrangled into a situation that he doesn't want to get into. Oh sure, he gets the girl at the end... but it is not DIE HARD... Honest. (ed note* Not Sarcastic)

    I can recomend this movie on many levels. Oldman's character is not unlike Ross Perot after a bad business deal.... Cranky, mean and a good sense of humor. (The southern accent is kind of funny as well.) Willis' character is pretty much what you expect from him. The story overall is pulled off very well, although the end is a bit to "Hollywood" for me. Go see it, don't wait for the video. Much better than any other recent sci-fi that Hollywood has churned out in a while. Especially ID4. {SD}
