Liar Liar [12]

The spring time movie of Jim Carrey - and gee, I think I've have seen this movie before. Maybe it was Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, and at least Ace was original then. Come on Jim, I know you have a creative bone in your body, or else you would not have gotten this far. Maybe, you should just try to come up with some new material next time.

The plot of this movie is that the son of Jim Carrey's character, wishes that his father would not lie for just one day. Of course the father is a lawyer and the movie makes it out to be that all lawyers are liars. I think you know where this is going. It was still funny in some parts, even for recycled material. To sum it up - I certainly hope that Jim comes up with some new material for his next movie, because it is starting to get old. {MA}
