Fun: Fabulous T-Bone music from the Big Easy
    Entertainment: Music
I recently heard an interesting album that made its way up the Mississippi from New Orleans. It is called "Live at the Old Point" by Bonerama.

Bonerama is five trombonists and sousaphone player backed by drums and guitar. Mark Mullins is the lead trombone. Mark also plays the electric trombone, which is a regular trombone mike'd through a guitar amp. The effect is best appreciated on their rendition of "Frankenstein", a cover of the Edgar Winter Group hit. More information about the group and their CD can be found here on their web site.

Offbeat magazine (the New Orleans music mag) ranked Bonerama's album in their Best Louisiana CD's of 2001

Mark Mullins can also be heard on many different albums, including Harry Connick Jr.'s Songs I Heard album. This is a very strange collection of Harry's favorite movie songs. You HAVE to listen to the Ooompah Loompah song [from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory]at the very least.
