This is an introduction to the articles on the Group29 home page. These are the “News stories” articles or "Active topics". We are trying to bring information relevant to the group. More information about articles can be found in the Group29 Frequently Asked Questions Page. Below are some interesting points about articles on the Group29 web site.
You can submit a new article to the Group29 editors by clicking on the Submit News link on the left panel. The Title should be an eye-grabbing headline that attempts to summarize the story in a few words. The story text should be one paragraph to lead the reader into the extended text and the rest of the story.
The Group29 editors review the stories before they are posted on the home page. Once they are posted, they will appear at the top of the heap, so to speak. They will also be categorized into one of the Group29 topics. Check out the Topics link for more information about story categories for the Group29 web site.
To read the whole story from the home page, click the read more link. (If you are here, you have already figured this out!) You can then leave your own comments on the story by clicking on the comments link. You may also see relevant story links either within Group29 or the outside world.
You must be a logged in member to leave comments. Anonymous comments are not permitted on the stories.
Only Editors may attach a poll to the article, so if you think a poll might work, please include notes in your article body.
The editors reserve the right to change spelling, grammar, research content, and cut and paste.
