Cryptome Eyeball Series
Description: I found this site because they had a series of maps and pictures of bridges on the Mississippi river in their Eyeball series. I suppose, to someone interested in aerial bombardment, it represents a collection of military targets. Cryptome is a controversial website, hosted in the United States by its owner John Young, that functions as a repository for information that is prohibited or suppressed by various governments. According to his website, John Young is a former architect from New York City.
It also contains obscure documents relating to freedom of speech, cryptography, surveillance, and so on. Although many of the files available are of little importance, Cryptome has caused a stir in the past with items such as:
The MI6 files - a list of MI6 agents published on May 13, 1999.
The Eyeball series - a series of detailed maps for sensitive government facilities and sites of significant public interest.
Pictures of dead U.S. soldiers from the 2003 invasion of Iraq that the Pentagon refused to release.

English2American language Translation Guide (English to American Dictionary)
Description: UK to American English language translation dictionary (like Lorry = Truck)
The author, Chris Rae, has tried to turn it into a sort of “guide to
British culture” and as such it contains a few chapters of meandering
nonsense about driving, shopping, drinking and other important aspects
of UK life. He gave it a new name, “The Septic’s Companion” to match
the book. (The web page will continue to exist with the name it
currently has, just to confuse people.)

As awareness of FishBase has grown among fish specialists, it has attracted several hundred contributors and collaborators. In order to preserve its value as a scientific database, FishBase is not allowed to include original data; all of its content must be based on previously-published material.
