      Wyatt's Johnny Lightning web site
Description: Wyatt has a great collection of pictures with cross references for the latest Johnny Lightning models from Playing Mantis. I like how clicking on a certain model will show all the variations of that model. Then clicking on another variation will show the group in which that variation was released. All the pictures seem to have been taken from a fixed photography set so that the sizes, angles, and lighting are consistent.

      The Dinky Club

Littlest Pet Shop - Hasbro Toys
    Description:
This is a line of toys released by Hasbro in 2005. They are small bobblehead style collectible animals with play sets and accessories.

Littlest Pet Shop was an animated tv series which follows the lives of five different animals. Chloe is a purple cat, Stu is a blue dog, Viv is a pink rabbit, Squeaks is a red monkey, Harriet is a parrot, and Chet is a yellow horse.

These animals live in a pet shop that is run by humans, but they have their own treehouse inside of the store. They go on all sorts of adventures together. Elwood owns the store and is always getting calls or receiving odd packages from his mother, Mumsy, as she travels the world. Delilah is Elwood's gila monster that lives in the shop and is always trying to eat the littlest pet shop animals.

The only complaint might be that the packaging is extremely complex with lots of tape, rubber bands, wire ties, and plastic inserts. Based on how long it takes an adult to get all the parts out, it must take a long time to assemble in the factory...

      My Little Pony - Hasbro
Description: My Little Pony is a product line of colorful toy ponies marketed to young girls and is produced by Hasbro. The toys were first introduced in 1982, following the related "My Pretty Pony" toy which was introduced in 1981. They became enormously popular throughout that decade. The original toy line inspired several animated specials, an animated feature length movie, and two animated television series. Redesigned toys have been introduced to the market twice since then, one near the end of 1997 and again in mid-2003. Collectors refer to each line as a "generation."

      Care Bears
    Description:
The Care Bears are a set of characters created by American Greetings in 1981 for use on greeting cards. The original artwork for the cards was painted by artist Elena Kucharik. In 1983, Kenner took the characters and made the first in a line of very successful teddy bears based on the Care Bears. Over 40 million units were sold between 1983 and 1987.

Each Care Bear comes in a different colour and with a specialized insignia on its belly: for example, "Bedtime Bear" is pastel blue and sports a sleepy-looking anthropomorphised crescent moon, and "Cheer Bear" is pink with a rainbow insignia. A spin-off collection of toys, the Care Bear Cousins, feature stuffed monkeys, lions, and other such animals in the same style as the teddy bears.
