    Incredibles, The [23]

    Expectation Reviews
    From the Academy Award-winning creators of "Toy Story," "Monsters, Inc." and "Finding Nemo," comes this hilarious action-packed animated adventure about superheroes. Bob Parr used to be one of the world's greatest superheroes (known to all as "Mr. Incredible"), saving lives and fighting evil on a daily basis. But now fifteen years later, Bob and his wife (a famous superhero in her own right) have adopted civilian identities and retreated to the suburbs to live normal lives with their three kids. Now he's a clock-punching insurance claims adjuster fighting boredom and a bulging waistline. Itching to get back into action, Bob gets his chance when a mysterious communication summons him to a remote island for a top-secret assignment.

    We have seen previews of this movie from the Monsters, Inc. DVD. I was wondering when this would come out. Now it looks like November 5th, 2004. The preview scene was hilarious with Bob trying to belt on his now ill-fitting costume. I am looking forward to this. Pixar has done magic with all of its releases so far. They cannot lose at this point. If they keep up the pace, Disney will end up as the Cel animations division of Pixar entertainment.

    See this in the theaters with your kids and then buy the DVD for later. Lots of entertainment. I expect some comic book skewering to go on too. {BB}
