    Named after the military code for a downed aircraft carrying nuclear warheads. John Travolta and Christan Slater are flying a practice low level bombing run with live nuclear warheads when they crash in the high desert near Lake Powell. We learn that Travolta is working to sell the nuclear weapons on the black market and is the strategist behind the plot. Slater bumps into a woman park ranger and they strive to foil Travolta's plan.

    An entertaining comment comes from a Washington bureaucrat who is surprised the military looses enough nuclear weapons to assign a code name. I wondered how he would react to learn that a "Fallen Angel" is the military code for a downed extraterrestrial craft. Food for thought, eh?

    The duo encounters events that would kill any human except a movie star and it ends in a tense struggle aboard a train. I won't give away the end of the movie because some people might want to enjoy the suspense, but I recommend the movie to anyone who likes the Die Hard and Under Siege kinds of movies. {KC}
