Description: Donn Beach (born Ernest Raymond Beaumont Gantt February 22, 1907 - June 7, 1989) is the acknowledged founding father of tiki restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. The many so-called "Polynesian" restaurants and watering holes that enjoyed great popularity are directly descended from what he created. After years of being called Don the Beachcomber because of his original bar/restaurant, Gantt legally changed his name to "Donn Beach".

Description: The Los Angeles Sports Arena is an indoor arena in Los Angeles, California. Built by the city in 1959 at a cost of $7 million, the arena can seat 16,021 for ice hockey and 18,750 for basketball. The Sports Arena is located in Exposition Park, adjacent to the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and the University of Southern California.
Currently, high school basketball championships, concerts, and conventions are held in the facility. With the USC teams moving to the new Galen Center starting in the Fall of 2006, the Sports Arena is no longer the home court for any college or professional team.
